Teambuilding and Escape Rooms

In a recent teambuilding experience, more than 20 of our people practiced their communication, critical thinking, observation, and problem solving skills while participating in escape room games. Teams chose three different escape rooms: The Row; Wizard Hysteria; and Zombie Panic.

Each game lasted about 60 minutes. The objective was to break out of the room before time runs out. Team members were given a puzzle, riddle, clue, and hint to break out of each room. Difficulty levels ranged from 6/10. Everyone experienced a little pressure to get out of the rooms and without effective collaboration time ran out.

Adam Ortega; Michelle Chacon; Sara Nance; and Leslie Prichard were planning their escape while patiently waiting for their mugshots to be taken.
