Stephen J. Rodis, CPA Appointed to Arizona State Board of Accountancy Board

Governor Ducey has appointed Stephen J. Rodis, CPA to the Board of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy for a five year term. The Board is a regulatory board that oversees licensing, handling of complaints, and enforcement of disciplinary actions. It consists of seven members: five Arizona licensed CPAs, one public accountant, and one public member who does not hold an accounting certificate.Steve Rodis CPA
For many years, Steve has served on the Arizona State Board of Accountancy, Tax Practice Advisory Committee, and co-chaired the Phoenix Tax Workshop, Tax Advisory Committee, for the Arizona Society of CPAs.
With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Steve provides tax planning and consulting to individuals and corporations in manufacturing, distribution, technology, real estate, and construction. Specializing in international tax, he helps U.S. businesses with structuring and global expansions. Working with Arizona-based, privately-held companies, he develops tax strategies for maximizing cash flow and minimizing tax liabilities.
