About Steve

With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Steve provides tax planning and consulting to individuals and corporations in manufacturing, distribution, technology, real estate, and construction. Specializing in international tax, he helps U.S. businesses with structuring and global expansions. Working with Arizona-based, privately-held companies, he develops tax strategies for maximizing cash flow and minimizing tax liabilities.
Steve understands Arizona’s professional and business community. He guided businesses and individuals through the Great Recession and counsels current clients on COVID-19 tax-related issues.
He gives advice to family-owners transitioning leadership and companies purchasing and selling their businesses. Recognizing each client’s goals and objectives are unique, he incorporates industry knowledge and tax reduction strategies into business planning. Focused on long-term client relationships, many of Steve’s clients span his entire career.
Steve’s involvement in professional, business, and industry organizations keeps him informed of economic and political developments impacting Arizona’s businesses and professional community. Dedicated to educating his peers and supporting the next generation of accounting professionals, he is a frequent speaker on business and income tax matters.
