Steven P. Pace, CPA

Steven has over 25 years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining the Firm, he successfully operated and managed Pace & Company, PC, a locally-owned, Arizona CPA firm. He provides comprehensive tax planning and advice to private businesses, their owners, and management teams. His clients represent a variety of industries, including manufacturing, health care and medical, real estate, construction, agriculture, and professional services. Additionally, Steven assists family-owned businesses with long-term and succession planning by educating them about gifting strategies, legacy planning, charitable gifting, family limited partnerships, irrevocable and revocable trusts, and family trusts.
As part of the Firm’s mergers and acquisitions team, Steven provides guidance on the post-tax basis and post-closing tax return.
