Barry S. Graham, CPA, CMA®

Barry is a licensed Arizona Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) with over 10 years of combined business and public accounting experience. He manages financial statement audits and reviews and leads agreed-upon procedures (AUPs) engagements in Scottsdale, Chandler, Phoenix, and throughout Arizona, and works with a variety of private companies in different industries. Some of his clients include heavy equipment companies, natural food manufacturer, commercial landscaper, telecommunications general and electrical contractors, tourism and hospitality, wholesale food distributor, fuel distributor, and stone and tile distributor.
During the adoption of the new lease accounting standards for private companies, Barry provided guidance to clients on documenting operating and finance leases. To remain compliant, he helps clients implement a system to track their lease agreements and meet financial statement footnote disclosure requirements.
Barry supports his community by serving on the Scottsdale City Council and previously served on the City of Scottsdale Planning Commission.
