Effective January 1, 2023, Pace & Company, PC joined Wallace Plese + Dreher. For more than 25 years, Pace & Company, PC provided tax planning and advice to corporations, partnerships, individuals, and estates and trusts in Arizona and throughout the U.S.

Below is a brief overview of Steven’s and his team’s backgrounds and experience.
Steven P. Pace, CPA – Steven has over 25 years of public accounting experience and successfully operated and managed Pace & Company, PC, a locally-owned, 
Arizona CPA firm. He provides comprehensive tax planning and advice to private businesses, their owners, and management teams. His clients represent a variety of industries, including manufacturing, health care and medical, real estate, construction, agriculture, and professional services. Additionally, Steven assists family-owned businesses with long-term and succession planning by educating them about gifting strategies, legacy planning, charitable gifting, family limited partnerships, irrevocable and revocable trusts, and family trusts. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, Economics, from Trinity College-Hartford, and holds an Arizona certified public accountant license. Beyond accounting, Steven enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and all types of home construction projects.
Kenneth William Easter, CPA joined Pace & Company in 2019. Ken has more than 7 years of professional accounting experience. He provides tax services to privately-owned companies and works with clients in a variety of industries, including aviation, health care and medical, real estate, and wholesale distribution. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Accounting, and Master of Science, Accountancy, from Arizona State University, and holds an Arizona certified public accountant license. Before pursuing an accounting career, he served in the U.S. Navy as a jet engine mechanic stationed in Sicily, Italy, and California. After leaving the U.S. Navy, he worked as a tax accountant and auditor with a national public accounting firm. Ken enjoys spicy food, heavy music, historical texts, and fiction.
Meagan T. Olivera, CPA joined Pace & Company in 2004. With nearly 20 years of professional public accounting experience, Meagan provides tax planning to individuals and private business owners in multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, health care and medical, and professional services. She earned her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, from the University of Rhode Island, and Master of Business, Accounting, University of Phoenix, and holds an Arizona certified public accountant license. Meagan’s special interests include traveling, cooking, and hiking.
Belinda De Los Santos joined Pace & Company in 2008. Belinda managed the day-to-day office operations. She performed a wide-range of duties, including preparing tax returns, interacting with clients on a daily basis, scheduling client meetings, and providing internal accounting support. Prior to joining Pace & Company, Belinda was an elementary instructional assistant. One of her favorite hobbies is crafting.
