areas: workplace flexibility, compensation, benefits, leadership, and training. As an Arizona Top Workplace, employees feel their work has meaning and they are more productive, happy, healthy, and engaged. Employees surveyed described the Firm’s culture as flexible, inclusive, professional, cooperative, motivating, collaborative, accommodating, and friendly.
