Wallace Plese + Dreher has been named as an Arizona 2021 Top Workplace by AZ Central. The award was based on feedback and survey results from the Firm’s employees. As a Top Workplace, 82%-92% of employees feel their work has meaning and are more productive, happy, healthy, and engaged.
Employees were asked, “What three words describe the culture of Wallace Plese + Dreher?” Employees described the Firm’s culture as flexible, inclusive, professional, cooperative, motivating, collaborative, accommodating, and friendly.
