Jennifer C. Lano, CPA

Jennifer has over 20 years of combined industry and public accounting experience. She provides accounting, review, and audit services to private companies in Scottsdale, Chandler, and throughout Arizona. Working closely with each client, she concentrates on building stronger internal controls and improving financial reporting. She manages employee benefit plan audits and provides reports in accordance with the latest AICPA standards and Department of Labor and IRS requirements. Recognizing ERISA regulations are complex and highly technical, she assists fiduciaries, plan sponsors, administrators, and trustees with identifying and resolving plan compliance issues. Dedicated to learning and personal growth, Jennifer passed the rigorous exam and obtained her Advanced Defined Contribution Plans Audit Certificate from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Continually building her professional network , she actively participates in the Western Pension & Benefits Council, Phoenix Chapter; Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; and National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC).
