Jason A. Mattina, CPA

Jason is an accountant and audit partner with over 20 years of experience working with private Arizona businesses. His clients span across industries and are in different stages of growth. All of his clients are headquartered in Arizona and some have multiple U.S. and international locations. He assists established and growing companies with understanding financial statements, including revenues, expenses, and cash flows. He also advises clients on income tax planning matters and works with clients in managing their financial data.
Jason began his career at a large CPA firm headquartered in New York and received his certified public accountant license in 2001. In 2002, he joined the Firm as a senior accountant and was elected partner in 2017.

Some of his clients include:

• Restaurants;
• Wholesale beverage distributor;
• Manufacturer and supplier of rugged electronics engineered to operate under harsh and severe conditions developed for mining, heavy industrial, food processing, agriculture, and aerospace;
• Hose, cord, and cable reels manufacturer providing materials to fire rescue, aviation, agriculture, and fuel companies;
• Engineers and manufacturers of components for machinery and heavy equipment; and
• Produce wholesaler providing ingredients and products to restaurants, education, healthcare, and caterers.

For multiple years, he has served in different roles with the Tempe Community Action Agency, a human services organization offering programs addressing hunger, homelessness, emergency rent and utility assistance, and other needs. Currently, he serves on their Audit Committee.
