What You’ll Do
As a Tax Supervisor, you’ll step into a leadership role where your work truly matters:
- Review individual, corporate, partnership, and other income tax returns.
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members while fostering collaboration and growth.
- Conduct tax research and prepare memoranda and recommendations.
- Gain insight into clients’ businesses and help them identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively engage with clients – gathering information, solving challenges, and providing trusted advice.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-7 years of tax experience
- Active CPA license
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A dedication to superior client service and the highest professional standards
