Arizona Stay At Home Order Expires May 15, 2020

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey announced the Stay At Home order will end on May 15, 2020. Effective May 16, 2020 new guidance,  Stay Healthy, Return Smarter, Return Stronger, replaces the Stay At Home order promoting physical distancing and allows businesses to safely open in compliance with federal guidelines.
The Order includes opening all retail, including retailers in indoor shopping malls.
Governor Ducey announced other businesses and recreational facilities can resume operations on May 13, 2020, with physical distancing and enhanced sanitation, such as pools, gyms and fitness providers, and spas, massage therapists, and personal services.
Other Orders remaining in effect are:

  • Small business evictions are prohibited until May 31, 2020.
  • Postponement of residential eviction actions until July 22, 2020.
