We are seeking a full-time, Administrative Assistant for our tax department to work from our Chandler office. As an Administrative Assistant for our Tax Department, your responsibilities will include:
+ E-filing tax returns and extensions for both offices, Chandler and Scottsdale.
+ Preparing annual engagement letters.
+ Preparing extension forms for clients.
+ Tracking CPE (continuing professional education) for professional staff.
+ Miscellaneous administrative tasks, including scanning, client communications, and scheduling meetings.
+ Previous CPA firm experience preferred.
+ Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
+ Dedication to superior client service.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness, combined with cooperative attitude.
+ Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Light-to-moderate physical effort.
+ Ability to sit for long periods of time.
